company is located in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. They are major supplier of LG
mobile phones. This is one of the customers who have been loyal to Nice
Solutions.
Situation
and difficulties that company has suffered
We've been working on other company’s CAM
program. Our staff had to start work at 6 a.m. and work until the end of the
day. Workers were burdened with overtime and extra works, and there was a
lack of time of CAM data, which resulted in outsourcing processing.

1) The company aims to increase the operating
capacity of the operator with prepared CAM data and (2) reduce worker
burden.

Because of the system being handled by the
system, the operator can prepare for the unattended work before leaving the
work. In the past, when the worker left, the computer had to shut off the
power, but the operator was able to continue to process the work even after the
work was done by introducing the N-CASS. It was possible for us to process
hours of work by combining automatic analysis with automatic calculation, and
automatic design. Standardization of CAM data has resulted in worker workload
reduction in the work environment.
