Bumjin I&D is located in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. we started in Siheung, and was currently expanding business in Suwon. We're installing NC Brain as well as N-CASS, and we're actively using the solution to the our work.

Due to the lack of manpower, workers have been overloaded with jobs. Worse yet, three employees of the CAM department, suddenly quit. It was hard to handle a lot of works and it was hard to finish by the deadline. Because of this, we were difficult to supply employees.

We introduced N-CASS through consultation with NICE. The replacement staff who were ready to rush to work was N-CASS. Automatic analysis, automatic operation, automatic design, and output of NC data, have been targeted to handle large business operations.

N-CASS handles the workloads of 2-3 workers. With the N-CASS programs on, the existing workers were able to handle other tasks piled up. Normally, 30 to 40 cams are running, and approximately 4-5 hours of working time is required. However, the installation of N-CASS saves more than a quarter of the workloads.
